Podophyllotoxin

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prodrug of podophyllotoxin having sufficiently reduced adverse effects by the administration to a patient. ; SOLUTION: There is provided a compound in which the prodrug and the like of the podophyllotoxin are bound. In chemical formula (IV), R1and R2are each 1-10C alkyl; or R1and R2, together with carbon to which they are bound, represents 5-6C cycloalkyl; or R1is H; and R2is selected from the group consisting of 1-10C alkyl, 2-10C alkenyl, 3-5C cycloalkyl, furyl, thienyl, 6-10C aryl, and 7-14C aralkyl. ; COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
