Cheng Hwee Sim

I've helped the Singapore government solved challenging problems of limited land (underground ammunition storage), limited resources (improving productivity of traffic police, anti-terrorism, library services, government hospitals) and their attendant change management issues.
I've also worked with multi-national corporations like ExxonMobil, GE Plastics, Gillette, Philip Morris, etc to redesign their supply chains and troubleshoot problems.
I'm keen to work on solving challenging problems in public and private sectors where advanced analytics can open up new business models, improve effectiveness and/or efficiency, and reduce risks or strengthen resilience.
