CAIN Antibody

A novel protein which is a calcineurin inhibitor (CAIN) has been identified, cloned, and characterized. Description (Set) Proposed Use (Set) Calcineurin is a widely distributed protein phosphatase involved in the mediation of certain immunosuppressive drugs and also has been shown to be involved in a number of calcium sensitive pathways of the nervous system. CAIN binds to calcineurin both in-vivo and in-vitro and has been shown to have a similar distribution pattern in tissue.
